..an incredible, keto-friendly burger that’s sure to satisfy your cravings.
Are you looking for a keto-friendly burger recipe that’s both delicious and easy to make? Look no further than this amazing recipe that combines all the classic burger flavors with keto-friendly bread. You won’t believe how tasty and satisfying this burger is!
To start, you’ll need some keto bread, ground beef or burger patties, American cheese, a yellow onion, and your favorite burger toppings, such as lettuce and sliced tomatoes. You’ll also need some no-sugar added ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, as well as some seasoning of your choice.
Once you have all your ingredients gathered, it’s time to get cooking. Start by heating up your cooking burner or BBQ chimney starter to very high heat. While the burner is heating up, slice your onion as thinly as possible and mix together your ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl to make your burger sauce.
Next, place a pan or griddle on the heat and toast your keto bread to your desired color, being careful not to burn it. Set the bread slices aside once they’re done.
Now it’s time to cook the burgers. Place the burger patties on the pan and smash them down so they get nice and brown on one side. Allow them to cook for at least 2-3 minutes for medium doneness. Once they’re ready, place half of your onion on top of each burger patty, dust with seasoning, and then flip the patty and smash it down so the onions get nice and cooked down. Top with a slice of American cheese and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Spread your burger sauce on one of the bread slices and add your desired toppings. Take one of the finished burger patties and place it on top of the toppings, then set aside. Repeat the burger cooking process with the second patty, but this time add bacon to the pan and cook until it’s done to your liking.
When the second burger is ready, top it with the bacon. Place another slice of bread on top of the first burger patty and spread on more burger sauce. Top that slice of bread with the second burger patty, and then add the final slice of bread to create a double-stacked burger.
That’s it! You now have an incredible, keto-friendly burger that’s sure to satisfy your cravings. Enjoy!
